Group Centergy is a 60 minute mind - body movement class that blends yoga and Pilates with athletic training to build strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. The workout uses emotive music to guide participants through a full-body experience that incorporates functional movements, strength-building yoga poses, and balance work, aiming to improve overall movement health and well-being.
