Patience is a 60 minute yin yoga class that challenges the body and mind through holding poses for 6 minutes or less. The principles of yin class are - go to your edge - that place where you feel enough sensation to stay, but not so much that you want to run away, find your breathe, and stay awhile.
Bolsters, blocks and blankets are providing for a soft landing.
